Short Recipe Description

Plum travel cake centre filled with plum compote and covered with tangy white chocolate ganache.

INGREDIENTS
For cake loaf
Ingredients
Maida 2 cup
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Butter 1 cup
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Milk ¾ cup
Egg 2
Vanila Essence 1tsp
For filling
Ingredients
Plum 250 gm
Sugar 175 gm
Water 4tbsp
Fab Premium Plum Essence 2 to 3 drops
For Ganache
White Chocolate 90 gm
Fresh cream 30 gm
Apyura Natkhat Chatpat Premium Spreads 2 tsp
Red gel color 3 drops

METHOD

Method for cake
• Beat butter and sugar till it gets fluffy.
• Add egg and mix it properly. Add vanilla essence.
• In other bowl sieve all purpose flour and baking powder.
• Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients alternatively adding milk into it.
• Pour the batter into travel cake tin lined with pearchment paper.
• Bake it in the preheated oven at 180 degree celcius for 35-40 min.

Method for filling
• Cut plum into small pieces.
• Cook plum and water on slow flame till it get meshy.
• Add sugar in it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes till it thickens.
Method for ganache
• Cut white chocolate into small pieces.
• Heat fresh cream on slow flame.
• Add hot cream into white chocolate.
• Mix properly
• Add apyura natkhat chatpat premium spread red gel color and mix properly.


Assembling

Assembling
• Fill the center cavity of the cake with plum filling.
• Pour white chocolate ganache on the cake and cover it properly.
• Garnish it with plum, mint leaves and whipping cream.
