Avocado - 2 Nos
Banana big - 2 Nos
Dates - 8 Nos
Peanut Butter - 2 Tbsp
Apyura Premium Spread Chocovita - 3 Tbsp
Apyura Premium Spread Caramel Brownie - 3 Tbsp
Honey - 4 Tbsp
Almond Milk/Full fat milk - 50 ml
Chocolate Ganache - 4 Tbsp
Topping:
Hill Banana , Dragon fruit, Kiwi, Strawberry, Blueberry, Muesli and slivered Almonds.
METHOD

Procedure:
• Freeze avocados and bananas the previous night.
• Blitz frozen avocados, bananas, dates, peanut butter, Apyura Premium Spread Chocovita, Apyura Premium Spread Caramel Brownie, chocolate ganache, almond milk and honey in bursts.
• Blend it thick and smooth.
• Transfer into a bowl.
• Add the fruit and nut toppings.
• Serve immediately.
