Short Recipe Description

Ripe Avocado �' 80gm
Whole Milk 🥛250ml
Agar Agar 3gm
Sugar 3 Tbspoons
Dark chocolate 80gm
Whole Milk 300gm
Sugar 20gm
Agar Agar 3gm.
Fab Essence
Madagascar Vanilla
METHOD

Grind the Avocado �' to a paste ,set aside.
In a heavy bottom pan with Medium heat add the milk let simmer then add Agar Agar and sugar .Sugar according to your taste.
Add this to the Avocado mixture and whisk till no lumps add Essence.
Fill the mixture in a tilted bowl let set until you make chocolate layer.
In a heavy bottom pan with Medium heat put the milk add Agar Agar, Sugar, chocolate let the chocolate melt completely then add Essence.
Now pour this to the Bowl and keep it in the fridge till set..
Enjoy while it is chilled.
