Short Recipe Description
This is a rich dessert which my mom used to bake frequently . During Eid this dessert was a must.Now when I have started baking now my mom is no more to relish it.This is the recipe which is for sure to continue among our family generations.

INGREDIENTS

1.eggs...6 2.mawa ..150 GM's 3.almond blanched and coarsely grinded..50gms 4.sugar ..160 GM's 5.few saffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp of hot milk. 6.slice of bread ...1 7.Fab rose essence..4 drops 8.Desi ghee....4 tablespoons. 9.sliced almonds and pistachios for garnish. 10.silver leaves for decoration (optional) |
METHOD
In a mixie jar add all the ingredients and blend it for 4 mins and pour in a greased 8*8 inch pan lined with aluminium foil and greased with desi ghee.
Pre heat oven at 180° for 10 mins.
Keep it in a pre heat oven and bake at 180° for 30 mins.
Check after 30 mins .If you insert a knife it should come out clean.
Slice it after it cools and serve.
It can be stored in fridge for 5 days .
