INGREDIENTS
1 cup water+ 1/2 cup milk both lukewarm 2 tap instant dry yeast 2 tbsp sugar 3 cup all purpose flour 1 tap salt 3 tbsp butter 1 tsp fab premium oil soluble Thandai Flavour 2) Thandai Flavour filling- 100 gm shelled pistachios. 50 gm sugar 20 gm butter 1/2 tsp cardamom 50 ml milk 1/4 tsp fab premium pistachio,kashmiri saffron flavour 2 tbsp - Apyura thandai spread 1 tbsp - Apyura kesar mastani spread |
METHOD
Finely puree all the ingredients for the thandai filling in a blender or hand blender . Nicely smooth paste .
3) And more garnish- rose syrup
3-tbsp icing sugar+ 2 tbsp rose water and fab oil soluble rose flavor
Method-
1-mix warm milk ,water and sugar . Add yeast and mix well .cover and rest for 10 min till the yeast starts bubbling .
2- in bowl ,take maida , thandai Flavour and add the activated yeast mixture and knead to form a soft dough
3- after total kneading of 10-12 mins,once the Dough is smooth and super soft .
4- wrap with a plastic wrap and let sit for 2 hours.
5- after you take it out ,roll into a rectangle and spread with the thandai pistachio mixture.
6- sprinkle dry rose petals and tightly carefully roll up the Dough.
7- cut vertically and braid
8- cover with cling wrap and let it rest -30-40 mins until it rises in volume.
9- Bake in a preheat oven 180 °for 25-30 min.
10- after baking , brush with simple sugar syrup.let it cool down
11- then garnished rose syrup , pistachios for sprinkling . slice and serve 😊
