Ingredients
For Vada Balls
:2 Bread slices
1/4 cup Mango (chopped)
1tsp Sugar (powdered)
1/2 tbsp Cashew nuts chopped
1/2 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
1tsp Elaichi Toffee Apyura premium spread

For Mango flavoured curd
1 cup Fresh curd
2 tbsp Mango puree
2tsp Sugar
A pinch of salt

For garnishing
Slivered cashews
Slivered almonds
Slivered pistachios
Raisins
Tutti fruti
1tsp Fresh Mango Apyura Premium spread
1tsp Elaichi Toffee Apyura Premium spread
METHOD

Method:
For balls' stuffing
Take chopped mangoes ,nuts,sugar and Elaichi Toffee Apyura premium spread in a bowl and mix it well.

For vada balls
Cut edges of bread slices.
Dip it in milk and water solution.
Squeeze dipped bread slices.
Stuff bread slices with mango stuffing and make small ball of it.

For Mango flavoured curd
Take fresh curd in a bowl .
Add mango puree,sugar,salt Fresh Mango Apyura Premium spread and Elaichi toffee Apyura Premium spread in it.
Mix it well.

Assembling

Assembling
Put vada balls in a plate
Pour mango flavored curd on vada balls
Garnish it with slivered cashews, almonds, pistachios, some tutti fruit, and raisins.
