INGREDIENTS
1.5cup Maida
1cup Powdered sugar
1/2 cup custurd powder
1/2 cup tutti frutti (I used homemade)
5 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp fab butterscotch essence (you can use vanilla as I was short of vanilla essence)
1/2 cup ghee ( I used home made ghee) (you can use butter I was short of butter)
METHOD

In a bowl,
sieve all of the dry ingredients to avoid lumps.
Now add tutti frooti
Mix it well.
Now in a separate bowl, add ghee
Add sifted powdered sugar to it.
Mix it till it's a very soft, smooth, and fluffy batter
Now add fab butterscotch essences and mix it.
Add milk and mix it.
Now add all your dry ingredients,
slowly, start kneeding the dough. But don't kneed it too much
Now cover the dough with a plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for atleast half an hour.
roll the dough with a rolling pin,
spread some tutti fruiti on the top, and gently press it inside the dough
preheat your oven.
Now take a cookie cutter and cut the cookie dough with it.
bake it at 180°C for 20 minutes and ENJOY
