Short Recipe Description

This is my mom's recipe.. as a kid I was allergic to outside syrups and squashes..
Every summer my mom used to make this lemon squash and khus squash ready for us to drink and relish in summers..

INGREDIENTS
Sugar - 7 cups
Water - 3.5 cups
Lemon juice - 1 cup
Fab oil soluble premium lemon essence - few drops
METHOD

Mix sugar and water and boil till sugar melts. Once the mixture cools down add in the lemon juice and lemon essence.
Mix and Fill in a sterilised bottle..
P.s this is a versatile syrup and you can make ennumber of cocktails & mocktails with this.
