INGREDIENTS
All- purpose flour 125 gm Baking Powder ½ tsp Baking Soda 1/4 tsp Salt ¼ tsp Castor Sugar 120 gm Soft unsalted Butter 75 gm Fab premium oil soluble key lime flavour - a few drops Curd 60 gm Milk 60 ml Apyura premium Fresh Mango spread - 2 tbsp Gourmet glaze White chocolate - 150 gm Flavour less oil - 50 ml Chopped pistachio Apyura premium Fresh Mango spread- 1 tbsp |
METHOD
Preheat oven to 160 C. Line an 8" inches square baking pan with Parchment paper.
- Sieve together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk butter, curd, castor sugar, and fab key lime flavour together until
combined.
- Add in the dry ingredients and stir together.
- Spread evenly into prepared baking pan
- Dollop Apyura premium Fresh Mango spread over it.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Once baked, cool down completely in refrigerator for about 30 mins.
- Melt together white chocolate and oil in microwave. It should be pouring consistency Mix in Apyura fresh mango premium spread and chopped pistachio.
- Pour this glaze over Mango lemon bars and let it sit for at least 15 mins.
