INGREDIENTS
For milk -
300 ml milk
2 tbsp apyura mewa rabri spread
2tsp almond flakes
2tsp pistachio flakes
For icecream -
200 ml milk
1.5 cup fresh cream
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp apyura Banarasi paan spread
1 tsp paan supari
1 tsp gulkand
For glass assembling -
2 tbsp mewara rabri spread
2 tbsp pistachio flakes
METHOD

For icecream - In a mixer jar add milk, cream, paan spread, sugar, gulkand beat well until sugar dissolves. Add paan supari and mix slightly . Pour the mixture in a airtight box freeze it for 8-10 hrs.
For milk - in a mixer jar add milk, apyura mewa rabri spread blend well. Add almond flakes and pistachio flakes. Freeze it for an hour. pour in an assembled glass. Now arrange a scoop of banarsi paan icecream, some pistachio flakes and almond flakes. Now serve it.

Assembling

In a glass borders apply mewa rabdi spread. apply some pistachio flakes on it. Freeze for 10 min. Now our glasses are ready.
