INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for Speculoos ladyfinger biscuits: Refined flour: 135 gm Milk powder: 2 tbspn Sugar: 50 gm Baking powder1/4th tsp Baking soda: 1/8th tsp Butter: 85 gm Milk -5 tbsp Fab Premimum Speculoos flavor: 3 drops Masala chai cake: Ingredients: Refined flour: 165 gm Baking powder: 3/4th tsp Baking soda: 1/4th tsp Salt: 1/8th tsp Castor sugar: 75 gm Tea leaves : 2 tsp Chai masala powder: ½ th tsp Butter: 60 gm Yogurt: 60 gm Milk: 75 gm Mascarpone frosting Ingredients: Mascarpone cream cheese: 100 gm Whipping cream: 150 gm Fab premium mascarpone cheese flavor: 2-3 drops |
METHOD
Methods for biscuits:
Beat butter and sugar together to make the mixture creamy and fluffy.
Add the dry mixture (Flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder).
Now add the Fab premium speculoos flavor and milk into the mixture.
Pipe the dough into ladyfinger biscuit form on the baking mat
Refrigerate them for 15 min.
Bake the biscuits at 160 degree C inside a preheated oven for 15 min.
Method for cake:
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Beat butter and sugar together.
Add Yogurt and mix thoroughly.
Boil the milk and add tea leaves and chai masala powder.
Sieve the masala chai and keep it aside.
Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients in 3 steps.
Now add the masala chai intermittently.
Bake the batter at 180 degree C for 20-25 min.
Method for frosting:
Whip the cream and then fold mascarpone cheese with it.
Add Fab premium mascarpone cheese flavor with it.
Assembling
Assembling:
Soak the cake layers with masala chai.
Now put dollops of Mascarpone cream in between the layers.
Sprinkle some crushed speculoos biscuits over that.
Finally surround the frosted cake with speculoos biscuits and drizzle the crushed biscuits on the top of the cake.
Make some decorations of Christmas tree on the speculoos biscuits.
